2016 HERITAGE FIRE SNOWMASS

A fire-laden showcase over 50 notable chefs, butchers, farms, spirits, wineries, and brews during an event where 3,500 pounds of heritage breed animals (beef, pig, lamb, goat, lobster, squab, rabbit, duck, chicken, cheese, oyster and heirloom vegetables) are roasted over nothing but firewood. Chef and farmer work together to spotlight traditional outdoor cooking techniques paired with amazing beverages.
